Hi, I’m Nicole! I live and work right here in Orillia, and when I’m not busy, you’ll probably find me in the kitchen, covered in flour. Baking is my happy place—it’s where I unwind, get creative, and fill my home with delicious smells. I love experimenting with new recipes, especially when I can put a healthier spin on my favorite treats.
