Tonight, I had a ham i never cooked for Xmas, so it's good ol' baked ham, mashed potatoes with mushroom gravy, and broccoli. Went pretty exotic over the last few days with shawarma and Mediterranean baked beans and chicken, so simple is on the menu tonight. Would love some low fat high flavour healthy dinner entree options if that's your thing!
