Moong beans are often used for egg alternatives, and it turns out that they're really delicious, scrambled! 🤤🥰 I used some in this morning's breakfast! ⭐️ When sprinkled with kala namak salt (egg smelling sulfer type salt), it's tastes/smells just like a fried or boiled egg! ❤️ The best part is that this eggy alternative is cholesterol free and full of protein!

Have you heard of Jackfruit before? When cooked in brine, this fruit turns into a delicious alternative for fish, chicken, pulled pork and more! It's like tofu and takes on the flavours you add, making it a great meat free option. ■■■ Today, I'm using it battered, for fish free sliders! Complete with vegan tartar sauce, lettuce and tomato on a toasted mini bun.
